    Elle and Sarah are yoga teachers, building strength with flexibility through their classes. They first met 3 years ago at an Acroyoga workshop. This was a giant step outside their comfort zones whilst both at the beginning of their yoga journeys, but trust is built quickly when someone is lifting you over their head. Inspired by the love of their yoga community, this became the heart of what they do. They’re committed to bringing people together through their online yoga platform, The Moon Sisters.
