    4x Mobility – Our 10-15 minute practices incorporating dynamic movement, focusing on improving joint health, transitions and recovery.  These can be taken as often as needed and are perfect for people on the go!

    2x Vinyasa – This 30 minute invigorating asana-based class is designed to synchronize your breath with movement.

    1x Pranayama/Philosophy – 5 minute breath work class or delve deeper into the history and limbs of yoga.

    1x meditation – This 10-minute session will help calm your body and mind, bringing your awareness to the present moment. Let us guide you through a peaceful practice that will leave you feeling centred and recharged.

    1x Unwind – Perfect for releasing tension and focusing on breath work, this 30 minute class will leave you feeling refreshed. All you need is a blanket, some cushions, and a dimly lit space to set the mood.
